We’re building Food-ie to help local restaurants connect with nearby customers. Here’s how joining the neighbourhood will work.

Restaurant applications are coming soon.Online onboarding is still being developed. This page explains the planned steps; it doesn’t submit an application or create an account.

  1. Create your account.

    Sign in with your own account and verify your email. Each person on your team will have their own login.

  2. Tell us about your restaurant.

    Share your restaurant’s name, location, contact information and collection arrangements. We’ll review the details before it can go live.

  3. Get your kitchen ready.

    Set up your menu, prices, opening hours and collection information. Payment setup and launch requirements will be confirmed before trading opens.

  4. Invite your team.

    Send individual invitations and give people the access they need. Owners will manage the business and staff; order operators will handle the day’s orders.

  5. Welcome your local customers.

    Once your application and setup are approved, your restaurant can be activated for orders. No restaurant is made live just by creating an account.

We’re not collecting application details on this page yet. Please don’t send account passwords, identity documents or payment information through other channels.
